Order Processing
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours after the order is placed. If an item is backordered, you will be notified within 24 hours with an expected ship date. Please have your order number when calling about an order.
Shipping
Products are generally shipped via UPS Ground. If you need us to expedite your order, you will have the option of selecting several faster methods of shipping when ordering online.
Tracking Your Shipment

Returns

Specialty Silicone Products (SSP) warrants Silblade®, UltraSilblade®, Winter Wiper and Silblade2 (Flexblade™) to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of 90 days from date of purchase.
EXCLUSIONS
This limited warranty specifically excludes damage resulting from acts of nature, misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification and improper installation.
Except for the Limited Warranty stated above, there are no warranties of SSP products or any part thereof, whether expressed or implied. Any implied warranty of merchantability or any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is expressly disclaimed.
REFUND & REPLACEMENT
If a SSP silicone wiper is suspected of being defective, you must contact the dealer or store that you purchased it from. If purchased directly from SSP, please contact us directly at 719-331-5966. Proof of purchase is required for refund or replacement. Removal, installation or reinstallation costs are not covered by this warranty.
